Our Story
Founded by a dedicated trio—a father, his son, and a friend who was instrumental in their involvement—Idaho Adaptive Sports began with a simple goal: to provide sports and recreation opportunities that empower individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives. We founded the Gem State Falcons, and Tommy Schroeder remains an active part of the team while also supporting the growth of Idaho Adaptive Sports through this new initiative.
Our Purpose
We support individuals through adaptive sports and recreational activities that promote independence and character development. We can direct you to programs that help participants overcome obstacles, promote physical and mental strength, and help develop essential life skills like teamwork, resilience, and confidence. Camaraderie and shared experiences create a strong sense of community and support that extends beyond the playing field. With faith as our foundation, trust in the path ahead, and confidence in the strength within us, we empower each person to reach their full potential and live with purpose, independence, and positivity.”
